  • International airfare; ground transportation; accident and baggage insurance; trip cancellation insurance (HIGHLY RECOMMENDED); meals except as specified; beverages; personal expenses such as laundry and telephone calls; airport transportation; optional day tours; additional shows; room service; porterage; maid gratuities; transfers to and from theatres and other items of a personal nature.

  • PRICE PER PERSON: $5,950 per person, single occupancy; 4,950 per person, double occupancy. A non refundable deposit of $500 per person is due upon making your reservation. 

    FINAL PAYMENT: Reservations are to be paid in full by May 3rd, 2024. Final payment may be made by personal check, MasterCard or Visa. Checks may be made payable to TOUR LONDON THEATRE.

    CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS: The deposit of $500 per person is non refundable. All cancellations must be submitted in writing to be valid. Cancellations made 90–61 days prior to departure will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the trip price; cancellations made 60–31 days prior to departure will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 75% of the trip price. No refunds are granted within 30 days of tour departure or for no-show or early departure from a trip already in progress. We strongly urge participants to purchase travel insurance.

    MOBILITY AND FITNESS TO TRAVEL All participants must be in good health. This program involves walking over uneven surfaces, climbing stairs at theatres and other locations not handicapped accessible, and climbing in and out of various conveyances. Any condition that may require assistance or special medical attention must be reported at the time of your reservation. Passengers requiring special assistance, including without limitation those who permanently or periodically use a wheelchair, must be accompanied by someone who is fit and able to assist them, and who will be totally responsible for providing all required assistance. Tour London Theatre (TLT) reserves the right to decline to accept or to retain any person as a member of this trip who, in the opinion of TLT is unfit for travel or whose physical or mental condition may constitute a danger to themselves or to others on the trip.

    CHANGES IN ITINERARY & COSTS The itinerary is subject to change at the discretion of the tour operator. All prices quoted are based on prevailing fuel prices, airfares, and currency exchange rates in effect at the time of brochure printing and are subject to change without notice. Deviations from the scheduled itinerary are at the expense of the individual. If fewer than 25 persons are registered, a cost increase may be required.

    RESPONSIBILITY CLAUSE The participation of TLT is limited to sponsorship of the program described in this brochure (The Program). TLT acts only as an agent for the participant with respect to accommodations and all other services relating to The Program. TLT and/or their agents assume no responsibility or liability for any act, error or omission, or for any injury, loss, accident, delay or irregularity which may be occasioned by reason of any defect in or through neglect or default of any subcontractor or other third party which may be used wholly or in part in the performance of their duty to the participants of The Program. Nor will TLT and/or their agents be responsible for loss, injury, damages or expenses to persons property, due to illness, weather, strikes, local laws, hostilities, wars, terrorist acts, acts of nature, or other such causes in connection with The Program or anything beyond their reasonable control. TLT is not responsible for transportation or other program delays and changes, nor additional expense or loss of time that may be incurred. In the event it becomes necessary or advisable for the comfort or well being of the participants, or for any reason whatsoever, to alter the itinerary at any time, without notice to the participants, such alterations will be made without penalty to TLT. Additional expense, if any, shall be borne by the participants. Baggage and personal effects are the sole responsibility of the participant at all times. TLT reserve the right to accept or decline any person as a participant at any time or to require any participant to withdraw from The Program at their own expense when such action is determined by TLT to be in the best interest of the participant’s health and safety, or the general welfare of the other participants.

    AUTHORITY TO USE IMAGES AND AUDIO RECORDINGS On occasion, TLT obtains, from its staff or from trip participants, photographic or video images of passengers and trip activities. By participating in this tour program, you authorize TLT, without providing compensation to you, or obtaining additional approvals from you, to include photographic and/or video recordings of you, as well as voice recordings included with any video, in TLT sales, marketing, advertising or publicity, Item description.
